  • Products (including insulated stainless steel bottles, hydration accessories, etc.) must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition—with intact packaging, tags, and all included components (e.g., lids, cleaning brushes). No signs of wear, scratches, or modifications are allowed.
  • Products must not be contaminated, damaged, or altered due to misuse, negligence, or failure to follow care instructions.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:
  • Contact our customer support team to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. You will need to provide your order number, product details (style, color, size), and reason for the return.
  • Once your return is approved, we will send you detailed instructions for packaging and shipping the item back to us.
  • Package the product securely to prevent damage during transit, and clearly mark the RA number on the outer packaging.
  • Ship the returned item to the address provided by our customer support team. You are responsible for covering return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective product, incorrect item, or an error on our part (e.g., wrong size/color shipped).

3. Refund Processing
